Below the link, the Bot is Downloading an Inventory file from QuickBooks (It is an Accounting Application that is Heavily used in the Whole world mainly in Europe and the USA) in a daily manner, after applying some business logic a new file is written and same is uploaded in FTP.
In the below RPA Robot invoices are coming from various sources like Outlook, and Bulk Excel. When a file arrives in a particular folder or an Email arrives Robot pulls detailed info, after applying some business logic those invoices are inserted into the SQL server database.
The second robot Takes all invoices from the database as input and fills all invoices in XERO Accounting If the company's contact does not exist, the bot can create a new contact and then Fill the invoice.
